General information about the personnel department
The personnel department is an independent structural unit of the Nukus branch of the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan. In its activities, the department is guided by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Education”, the “National Program for Training Personnel”, the Regulations on Higher Education, the University Statute, as well as regulatory legal acts, instructions, and this Regulations.
The personnel department has a round seal of the “Kadrlar bölimi” type. The department is directly subordinate to the director of the conservatory.

The main tasks of the department

Preparation and execution of employment contracts with each hired employee and lecturer.

Preparation of draft orders on hiring, transfer to another position, and dismissal of the faculty, teaching staff, and administrative and household personnel of the Conservatory in accordance with the established procedure.

Analysis of the satisfaction of the faculty and staff, etc.
