History of the Department
The Department of Instrumental Performance was established based on the minutes of the Academic Council No. 1 dated September 10, 2021.
The department is headed by Aliyev Nursultan Gayratdinovich.
The department’s staff has made it their main task to train professional personnel in their specialty who are proficient in world musical and performing arts and modern information technologies. Also, among the priority areas of the department’s activities are the organization of educational and methodological, research work, and raising the scientific level of teachers.
Currently, the department employs 2 professors, 4 associate professors, 1 associate professor (currently acting), 4 senior lecturers, and 2 assistant lecturers who conduct classes in specialized disciplines.
