   Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Education” and “On the National Program of Personnel Training” and the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “Measures for Further Development of the Higher Education System” on” on the basis of the requirements of the decision PQ-2909 dated April 20, 2017, to raise the quality of education to a high level in accordance with the requirements of the reforms carried out in the social and economic spheres, as well as to further improve the control of the quality of education in the continuous education system, In order to implement the state policy in the field of monitoring the quality of personnel training and the objective assessment of the effectiveness of the educational process, “On the organization of the activities of the State Inspection for the control of the quality of education under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan” of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan Decision No. 515 of July 18, 2017 was adopted.

 

In accordance with paragraph 14 of this decision, within the Nukus branch of the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan, the “Education Quality Control” consists of 3 employees (the head of the department and 2 chief specialists) who are appointed and dismissed based on the recommendation of the head of the State Inspectorate. department” was established.

 

The department is responsible for studying and analyzing the compliance of branch students’ knowledge with state educational standards, monitoring the quality of personnel training, and organizing the internal attestation of the branch, as well as the results of internal attestation and factors affecting the quality of education. was tasked to present the information to the branch director and the State Inspectorate.

 

The charter of the department of quality control of education was approved. Control of the quality of education in the branch is considered an integral part of the management system, and its main task is to ensure the quality of education in accordance with the requirements of state educational standards and to organize targeted and coordinated measures to improve the effectiveness of educational processes in the branch. consists of implementing activities. The department for quality control of education is directly subordinated to the director of the branch.

 

The main tasks and functions of the department:The main tasks of the department are as follows:

analysis of the provision of educational areas and specialties with state educational standards (DTS), qualification requirements, curricula and science programs and their expertise;

to study the quality of the educational process, its level of provision with educational literature and teaching-methodical materials;

to study and analyze the compliance of students’ knowledge with DTS;

ensuring the implementation of regulatory legal documents aimed at improving the quality of education;

monitoring the quality of personnel training;

organization of internal attestation, identification of factors that negatively affect the quality of education based on the results, submission of information to the branch director and the State Inspectorate;

establishing control over the timely elimination of deficiencies and deficiencies identified in the processes related to attestation, studying the quality of education;

monitoring the condition of the indicators determining the quality of education and making proposals to the relevant structural structures regarding the identified problems and shortcomings;

to analyze the effectiveness of using modern methods and techniques in the process of improving the qualifications of professors in order to improve the quality of education;

to analyze the suitability of the basic information of professors and teachers to the subject(s) they teach, or to study whether they have undergone appropriate retraining or have a scientific title, degree in a suitable specialty, and to inform the director of the branch of the conclusions to do;

monitoring the implementation of educational process, scientific-research and scientific-methodical work plans;

to analyze the state of the material and technical base of the educational process, to make suggestions for its development and improvement;

control of the organization of students’ practice taking into account educational directions and specialties and its effectiveness;

In accordance with the task of the State Inspectorate, to collect information related to the determination and evaluation of the rating of the branch, to participate in the processes related to the attestation and study of the quality of education;

assessment of the impartiality, transparency and quality of rating points based on the analysis of the process of student knowledge assessment and several other tasks.
