COMPLIANCE CONTROL SYSTEM MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT FOR COMBATING CORRUPTION

General Provisions

In its activities, the department is guided by the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decisions of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees, resolutions and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, orders of ministries, decisions of the Board, internal orders of the institute, as well as other regulatory legal documents.

The structural unit of the institute, which carries out activities to combat corruption, is the “Compliance Control” system management department.
The department’s activities are aimed at managing the “Compliance Control” system in the institute, as well as implementing measures to prevent and suppress corruption.

The Department reports directly to the rector of the institute within its authority, as well as to the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
