Official duties of the head of the affairs department

The head of the branch’s affairs department manages and coordinates the branch’s activities in the field of affairs management based on the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Presidential decrees, Cabinet of Ministers resolutions, orders and instructions of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education, as well as regulatory acts of other agencies.

Head of the Department of Affairs:

– manages all types of management activities, organizes and controls the work of management personnel;

– develops current and long-term management plans, approves employee work plans;

– prepares a report on the results of the management’s activities for the year;

– develops and submits to the management for approval a work plan, instructions, charter and regulatory acts of management;

– coordinates the activities of the department with the activities of branches and departments;

– prepares documents sent to other organizations and enterprises within the limits of their rights and powers and submits them to the management;

– ensures the management of qualified personnel, monitors the implementation of
