On 2-October, during his visit to the Republic of Karakalpakstan and during the extraordinary eighth session of the Joqargi Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the tasks given and of the 73rd meeting held in an extended manner, in paragraph 94, the establishment of the Nukus branch of the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan based on the tasks, according to the decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 5, 2021 1№186 “On the establishment of the Nukus branch of the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan“, the activities of the branch were organized on the basis of the Nukus school of specialized culture.

In the 2021/2022 academic year, a total of 47 students were admitted to the Nukus branch of the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan in 5 fields.

At present, in the Branch, which is headed by docent Allanbaev Rudakiy Orinbaevich, the honored artist of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, holder of the "Shuhrat" medal,
Faculty of "Art of Music",
"General professional and social-humanities" department,
the department of "Instrument Performance" is working, and more than twenty professors-teachers in the departments are providing excellent education to students.
The Nukus branch of the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan started its first academic year on September 6, 2021. With this merit, the opening ceremony of the branch was held at the Nukus specialized culture school.
Under the leadership of Rudakiy Allanbaev, in order to create favorable conditions for the students studying in the branch, to strengthen the material and technical base of the branch, and to provide musical instruments, a total of 7 from the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan: double bass, bassoon, trombone, pipe, tuba, horn, lute musical instruments and about five hundred reading materials, about fifteen thousand e-books were brought.
In the 2021-2022 academic year, the branch organized the "Xalıq sazları" ensemble, "Xalıq sazları" orchestra, "Symphony" and "Camer" orchestra.
According to the decision, on the basis of the approved location and estimate documents, a 300-seat study facility, 2 concert halls (a 200-seat concert hall, a 100-seat organ hall), a 200-seat student residence and sports fields will be built for the branch. It is set to be included in the Investment Plans for 2022 and subsequent years.
