Organization of the department’s activities and employee engagement; Drawing up the department’s work plans and ensuring their implementation;

Coordinating the educational and methodological activities of the deaneries, departments, and departments in the branch; ensuring the actual implementation of the educational and methodological work set by the professors-teachers in their annual personal plans. Forming the activities of educational assistants and those in charge of educational work on the issues of ensuring the educational process. Compliance with the requirements of the branch’s internal procedures, rules of etiquette and dress code; summarizing the reports for the academic year and compiling the annual general report of the Branch on educational activities; Compilation of “Working curriculum” and “Study schedule” according to educational directions; Forming and organizing the development of “Lesson Tables” for the academic year of educational areas; Supervising the re-reading of pedagogues who have not passed the final exams in professional development branches and centers and reporting the results to the rector provide information;

 Participation in checking the legality and impartiality of awarding scholarships to students;

 Participation in planned audits to ensure the transparency of the rating system for assessing students’ knowledge; Forming a contingent of in-service pedagogues as well as developing plans based on the Regulation “On retraining of managers and pedagogues of higher education institutions and courses to improve their qualifications” approved by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 242 of August 20, 2015 exit, ensuring sending of pedagogues to training institutes and centers on a planned basis;
