– Organization of department activities and employees’ work;
– drawing up work plans of the department and ensuring their execution;
– Ensuring the implementation of the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan on education, Presidential Decrees, Orders, Decisions, Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers, Decisions of the Board of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education, orders and orders of the director of the branch;
-Delivering to students the content of Decrees and Decisions adopted by the President and Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan on payment-contracts and ensuring the employment of graduates;
– formation of a database based on the study of the needs of enterprises, institutions and organizations for highly qualified personnel being trained of the branch;
– drawing up payment contracts for the training of specialists and supervising the timely payment of funds by students studying on the basis of a payment contract;
– monitoring the income of students studying on the basis of a payment contract and providing the director with information on daily income;
– To study the need for qualified specialists and pedagogues of all educational branches belonging to the system of the Ministry of Culture, summarize and submit to the relevant ministry with the signature of the director;
– to determine the indicators of the annual number of applicants admitted to the branch and to submit proposals for the draft admission plan approved by the director to the relevant ministry by January 5 of this year;
– in cooperation with dean’s offices and heads of departments, to organize an auction for the purpose of employment of graduates of the branch;
– to establish organic relations with regional educational systems, to study their opinions, in order to study the compatibility of the control knowledge of the specialists being trained with their future practical activities;
– conducting an analysis of theoretical and practical training of specialists of the branch based on market demand;
– to discuss the current issues related to the improvement of the quality of trained personnel at the Council meetings, to cooperate with the relevant departments of the branch in this regard;
-studying the labor market situation, formulating an offer for admission indicators based on the real orders of consumers for graduates, preparing documents on the organization of the republican database on admission, student contingent, employment of graduates timely submission to the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education;
– in cooperation with the responsible secretary of the admissions committee, between the students admitted to study on the basis of state grants and the branches at the place of employment after graduation
ensure the conclusion of bilateral contracts for 3 years of production;
– preparing information about the implementation of the new academic year admission plan for the branches in cooperation with the responsible secretary of the admission commission;
Must know:
To know the essence of the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan on education, Presidential Decrees, Orders, Decisions, Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers, Decisions of the Board of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education, orders and orders of the rector of the branch.
Qualification requirements:
– professional and organizational skills necessary for a management position in higher education institutions, leadership work experience and seniority in the field of education, relevant knowledge and
– having exemplary personal qualities – intelligence, civility, leadership, creative abilities, politeness, organization, initiative and entrepreneurial skills, sense of responsibility, independent decision-making and work, decisive action, achieving the strategic goals of the institution features of provision;
– to have higher education;
– it is necessary to have at least 3 years of effective work experience in the direction of the department.
