<strong>Department of scientific affairs and innovations</strong>

 Basic functions:

* Organization of research work and scientific and pedagogical staff training activities at the branch;

* Determination of the effectiveness of research work in each department in a ranking way;

* Coordination of the activities of faculties and departments for research and training of scientific and pedagogical personnel;

* Development of the branch’s  and scientific pedagogical personnel training plan and ensuring their implementation

* Ensuring the implementation of decrees, decisions of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan in faculties and departments, decisions of the Cabinet of ministers, decisions of the jury, orders, letters of the Ministry of higher and secondary special education, as well as rector’s orders and conducting its monitoring;

* Development of joint work contracts with the organization and leading higher education institutions of the branch in the direction of research and training of scientific and pedagogical personnel and control over their implementation;

* Preparation of reports on research work and its submission to higher organizations;

* Organization of scientific conferences and seminars, ensuring that they are held at a high level;

* Control over the preparation and implementation of decisions of materials adopted by the branch board on issues of research and training of scientific and pedagogical personnel;

* Preparation of semi-annual and annual reports on research work of the branch;

* Preparation and presentation to the management of recommendations on material and spiritual stimulation of pedagogical personnel actively involved in research work;

* Constant notification of decrees, decisions, regulations, orders and other regulatory documents related to the organization and development of research work and their timely delivery to employees.
