The main goal of the information-resource center is to provide information-library services to students, teachers and employees of the branch, as well as to academic staff, including new generation textbooks, popular scientific literature.

                                                                                                   The main tasks of the center

  1. PQ-3271 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 13, 2017 “On the program of comprehensive measures for the development of the system of publication and distribution of book products, popularization and promotion of book culture” in order to ensure the execution of the decision. constant supply of students, workers and researchers with artistic, scientific and popular literature, as well as local and foreign periodicals published in publishing houses of our republic;
  2. 2. Continuous enrichment of the Information Resource Center with new generation educational literature on the branch’s educational directions and specialties;
  3. To meet the needs of students, pedagogues and researchers to use textbooks and provide information services;
  4. Support for independent education of users using information and communication technologies;
  5. 5. Regular enrichment of the Internet network and branch electronic library with electronic information and educational resources, etc.

The total number of readers in the branch is 336, of which 165 are students, 91 are professors, teachers and employees, and 50 is our readers who come from outside. The ARM fund is 2827, of which 1,465 are of textbooks manuals, 266 copies of political literature, 1096 copies of fiction literature, and more than 5 thousand e-books.
